Komisaris PT Menara Cipta Mulia (MCM) Tamron Tamsil alias Aon diperiksa sebagai saksi dalam sidang lanjutan perkara korupsi pengelolaan tata niaga PT Timah (Persero) untuk terdakwa Helena Lim pada Rabu, 16 Oktober 2024. Dalam persidangan itu, Tamron–yang juga menjadi beneficial ownership atau pemegang manfaat CV Venus Inti Perkasa–bercerita pernah menerima telepon dari terdakwa Harvey Moeis.
Dalam kesaksiannya, Tamron menyebut bahwa Harvey meminta dia untuk mengirimkan dana corporate social responsibility (CSR) dalam kerja sama dengan PT Timah Tbk. “Pak Harvey Moeis lewat telepon aja ke saya. Dari Pak Harvey menyampaikan, dari kerja sama kita ini ada dana untuk bantuan dana CSR,” kata Tamron di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Rabu, 16 Oktober 2024.
Oleh karena itu, Tamron pun membantu dana CSR yang dikumpulkan oleh Harvey. Dia telah mengirimkan dana senilai USD 500 per ton Sn untuk kerja sama pengolahan timah kepada Harvey antara 2018 hingga 2019. “Komitmen saya, saya akan bantu untuk dana CSR, 500 dolar per ton Sn,”
Menjawab pertanyaan jaksa apakah perusahaan smelter lain yang bekerja sama dengan PT Timah juga diminta memberikan dana CSR oleh Harvey, Tamron tidak mengetahuinya.
Jaksa kemudian menggali lebih dalam mengenai tujuan pengumpulan dana CSR tersebut. Namun, Tamron mengatakan, ia tidak pernah bertanya lebih jauh mengenai penggunaan dana itu. “Saya sudah keluarkan uang itu, tetapi tidak banyak bertanya soal pemanfaatannya. Pak Harvey yang mengelola,” ucapnya.
