Pantauan di lokasi pada Jumat pukul 14.15 WIB, tak ada warga yang keluar rumah, baik rumah yang menjadi lokasi pencurian motor maupun rumah-rumah di sekitarnya.
Dari rumah tempat pencurian motor, dua penyidik dari Polda Metro Jaya keluar dari pagar rumah tersebut.
Salah satu penyidik tersebut sekilas melihat-lihat arah aspal, memeriksa tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) aksi saling tembak antara polisi dengan pencuri motor.
Dua penyidik tersebut mengaku belum mendapatkan keterangan apapun lantaran pemilik rumah masih berada di luar kota.
“Kita juga belum dapat keterangan apa-apa. Bapaknya (pemilik rumah) masih di luar kota,” katanya sambil bersiap meninggalkan lokasi menggunakan sepeda motor.
Sementara itu, seorang wanita dari dalam pagar rumah juga menyahut bahwa dirinya hanya menjaga rumah tersebut lantaran pemiliknya sedang tidak berada di rumah.
“Saya juga enggak tahu, saya juga jaga di sini,” kata wanita itu.
Tepat di depan rumah tersebut, sebuah lingkaran putih berdiameter sekitar 30 sentimeter tergambar menunjukan lokasi baku tembak terjadi.
Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Metro Tangerang Kota, Polda Metro Jaya, di bawah pimpinan Kasat Reskrim Kompol David Kanitero berhasil membekuk pelaku pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang menembak petugas di Cengkareng, Kamis (14/11) siang.
Polisi terpaksa menembak pelaku berinisial A (21) hingga mati, setelah sebelumnya diberikan tembakan peringatan dan dilumpuhkan kakinya. Penembakan itu dilakukan karena pelaku menyerang petugas dengan menggunakan senjata api (senpi) di lokasi kejadian.
“Kami terpaksa melakukan tindakan tegas terukur kepada pelaku A,” ujar Kapolres Metro Tangerang Kota, Kombes Polisi Zain Dwi Nugroho pada Jumat pagi.
