Ditreskrimun Polda DIY menghadirkan tiga tersangka kasus penipuan disertai pencurian dengan kekerasan bermodus pinjaman Rp25 miliar, pada acara konferensi pers di Mapolda DIY, Sleman, D.I Yogyakarta, Jumat (13/12/2024) ANTARA/Luqman Hakim.
Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (Polda DIY) membekuk SA, RS, dan AF, tersangka penipuan disertai pencurian dengan kekerasan bermodus menyediakan pinjaman dana hingga Rp25 miliar.
“Para pelaku berpura-pura mempunyai dana atau uang sebanyak Rp25 miliar yang akan dipinjamkan kepada korban dengan syarat korban harus menyediakan uang sebanyak Rp2 miliar,” kata Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda DIY Kombes Pol FX Endriadi saat konferensi pers di Mapolda DIY, Sleman, D.I Yogyakarta, Jumat.
Selain SA (52), RS (50), dan AF (53), menurut Endriadi, Kepolisian masih memburu tersangka lainnya yakni ABH (55) dan DD (45) yang masih berstatus daftar pencarian orang (DPO).
Dia mengatakan kasus penipuan disertai pencurian dengan kekerasan tersebut terjadi pada Sabtu (5/10) di salah satu perumahan di Kasihan, Bantul dengan korban HA (52), warga Jatinangor, Sumedang, Jawa Barat.
Menurut Endriadi, para pelaku mulanya berpura-pura mempunyai dana sebanyak Rp25 miliar yang dijanjikan akan dipinjamkan kepada korban HA dengan syarat harus memberikan fee senilai Rp2 miliar, namun dalam bentuk pecahan dolar Amerika Serikat (AS).
Untuk meyakinkan korbannya, salah satu pelaku yaitu SA memberikan uang secara cuma-cuma kepada HA sebanyak Rp2 juta untuk dibelanjakan sekaligus untuk meyakinkan korbannya itu.
“Pelaku SA juga memperlihatkan rekaman video melalui ‘handphone’ miliknya tentang sejumlah uang sebanyak Rp25 miliar yang tersimpan dalam peti,” ujar dia.
Dengan bujuk rayu para tersangka, korban HA percaya sehingga bersedia memberikan uang Rp2 miliar dalam bentuk pecahan dolar AS dengan harapan bakal mendapat uang pinjaman sebanyak Rp25 miliar.
Setelah terjadi kesepakatan, kemudian para pelaku SA dan RS menyewa home stay di salah satu perumahan di Kasihan, Bantul dengan menyiapkan satu kamar untuk menjebak korban. HA pun sepakat dengan para tersangka untuk bertemu di home stay itu.
Pada 5 Oktober 2024 sekitar pukul 12.15 WIB, HA dan istrinya datang ke tempat tersebut dan bertemu SA, kemudian korban disuruh menaruh uang Rp2 miliar dalam bentuk pecahan dolar AS di atas meja kamar tamu.
Menurut Endriadi, HA dan istrinya mengaku sudah mulai curiga terkait keberadaan uang Rp25 miliar tersebut, sehingga pada saat menengok ke dalam kamar, kemudian tersangka S mendorong supaya HA dan istrinya masuk ke dalam kamar itu.
“Setelah korban masuk di dalam kamar kemudian tersangka SA mengambil uang sebanyak Rp2 miliar yang ditaruh di atas meja tersebut, sedangkan korban tidak bisa keluar kamar karena terkunci secara otomatis,” ujar dia.
Sebelumnya, para tersangka telah mengubah kunci pintu kamar itu sehingga tidak bisa dibuka dari dalam kamar dan uang Rp25 miliar yang dijanjikan pun ternyata tidak ada.
Sedangkan di luar home stay sudah menunggu tersangka RS dengan sepeda motor untuk menjemput tersangka SA.
Setelah tersangka SA keluar dan berhasil membawa uang sebanyak Rp2 miliar dalam bentuk dolar AS tersebut, para tersangka kemudian melarikan diri dengan sepeda motor meninggalkan korban yang terkunci di dalam kamar.
Uang senilai Rp2 miliar hasil kejahatan tersebut, ujar Endriadi, kemudian dibagi lima orang tersangka.
“Dari peristiwa tersebut, tim melakukan proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan dan akhirnya kami telah mengungkap peristiwa tersebut dan menangkap tiga orang tersangka, sedangkan dua orang lainnya menjadi DPO,” kata dia.
Atas perbuatannya, menurut Endriadi, para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 365 KUHP dan/atau Pasal 378 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
