Pelatih Persis Solo Ong Kim Swee menegaskan timnya dalam kondisi siap meladeni PSM Makassar pada pekan ke-18 Liga 1 Indonesia di Stadion Manahan, Solo, Senin (13/1) pukul 19.00 WIB.
Dikutip dari laman resmi klub, Minggu, Ong Kim Swee menjelaskan Persis Solo kini telah mendapatkan kekuatan tambahan setelah mendatangkan beberapa pemain anyar.
“Dalam putaran kedua ini, saat ini, kita mempunyai 3 pemain yang baru bersama tim, termasuk asisten pelatih Juan Torres. Cleylton, Jordy, dan Lautaro, ini adalah 3 pemain yang kita datangkan,” terang Ong Kim Swee.
“Dalam putaran kedua ini kita harus lebih serius, dan kita tidak boleh kehilangan poin dalam setiap pertandingan yang kita lalui, terutama pada pertandingan besok melawan PSM,” sambungnya.
Mengenai langkah Persis Solo pada sisa waktu bursa transfer paruh musim ini, pelatih asal Malaysia itu memberikan isyarat jika Laskar Sambernyawa masih memiliki rencana.
Soal penyerang baru yang rencananya akan didatangkan, Ong Kim Swee memberikan penjelasan mengenai situasi dan sikap optimisnya untuk dapat mencapai target yang diinginkan.
“Kita masih mempunyai beberapa hari sebelum penutupan bursa transfer. Terutama untuk menambah beberapa kemungkinan, atau mengurangi beberapa pemain, dan kita akan lihat apa yang akan terjadi pada pertandingan esok untuk menentukan siapa saja yang akan bersama kita, terutama pemain asing, dan siapa yang akan keluar setelah pertandingan besok,” jelas Ong Kim Swee.
“Ya, hal tersebut ada dalam rencana. Seperti yang sudah saya katakan, kita memiliki rencana untuk dapatkan pemain lagi, tapi itu semua kembali kepada neraca keuangan yang kita miliki. Kita tidak bisa berbelanja tanpa mengikuti prosedur yang benar,” pungkasnya.
Menjelang pertandingan menghadapi PSM Makassar, Persis Solo membidik kemenangan untuk mengeluarkan mereka dari zona degradasi setelah kini berada di posisi ke-17 klasemen sementara Liga 1 Indonesia dengan 10 poin dari 17 laga.
