Proyek Ibu Kota Nusantara di Penajem Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur mulai dibanjiri investor asing. Menteri Investasi Rosan P Roeslani menyebut kalau mereka sudah melihat dan percaya dengan proyek ini.
“Jadi menurut saya, seeing is believing (melihat berarti percaya) jadi kalau kita ke sana. Saya ada beberapa pembicaraan lagi dengan investor asing juga untuk berinvestasi di IKN dan mereka sudah melihat, sudah mulai terbentuk, dan sudah mulai terbangun ekosistemnya,” ungkap Rosan, Selasa (15/10/2024).
Pada kesempatan itu, Rosan mengungkapkan dalam waktu dekat akan ada investor asing lagi yang akan masuk IKN dari Singapura. Investor tersebut akan berinvestasi di solar panel sebagai sumber listrik dengan nilai US$ 60 juta.
“Alhamdulillah, mereka kelihatan investasi dari BUMN sana, Sembcorp Singapura mereka investasi di solar panel. Di sana, kurang lebih, nilainya US$ 60 juta insya allah akhir tahun ini sudah selesai dan jadikan tenaganya tenaga bersih itu di IKN,” bebernya.
Bukan hanya itu, ada juga investor asing yang akan membangun proyek lapangan golf.
“Ada juga yang membangun lapangan golf, sudah tanda tangan juga, ada tiga empat malah yang mau membangun lapangan golf, ada 4 malah yang mau bangun lapangan golf,” sebutnya.
Sebelumnya, sejumlah investor asing dari berbagai negara mulai masuk di IKN. Seperti proyek Magnum Resort Nusantara yang dibangun oleh investor asal Rusia yakni Magnum Estate dengan nilai investasi Rp 300 miliar. Lalu ada juga Delonix Group yang merupakan investor asal China. Mereka akan membangun kawasan mixed used di IKN seluas 24.000 meter persegi dengan nilai investasi Rp 500 miliar.
Terakhir ada Campus Australian Independent School oleh The International Schools Group (TIS). Sekolah internasional ini berdiri di atas lahan seluas 7.900 meter persegi, dengan kapasitas 750 siswa mulai dari tingkat preschool sampai high school.
Presiden Joko Widodo sebelumnya pernah mengungkapkan kalau investor asing makin banyak yang akan masuk IKN.
“Artinya kelihatan sekali bahwa mulai berdatangan investasi dari mancanegara yang memberikan kepercayaan rasa confident kita bahwa nusantara adalah lokasi yang sangat menarik bagi investasi,” kata Jokowi di IKN akhir September 2024 lalu.
